On May 25 1954, Robert Capa - a giant in the field of war photography - travelled with a French convoy out to the Red River delta in Vietnam while taking photos of a group of soldiers advancing through the grass. Moments later he stepped on a landmine. Robert Capa was 40 years old.

FoundFootage is an online stage or platform that invites people to exhibit hidden, forgotten or lost material that has been denied an audience. They recently updated its website and there are some new contributions to be found, like the latest post by Michiel Burger with "photos of transparent folders used by garbage truck drivers to fold around their route and one by one cross off the streets that are finished".
For their launch in February 2013 I also made a contribution of handouts presenting themselves repeatedly. An accumulation of eighty posts on this hoolawhoop blogspot. Arranged chronologically from March 2009 to February 2013. All on view on the website!
