This Tuesday I went to see the Artefact expo in Leuven and had my first 'recontre' with The Infinite Library. I was already a long time fan from its website, but now that I saw it in real, even more.
The Infinite Library is an ongoing project by Daniel Gustav Cramer and Haris Epaminonda. It is an extensive archive of books, each one created out of one or more existing books bound and numbered into new volumes. Each volume has its own structure and rhythm reassembled every time from the original source experimenting with the possibilities that the original matter has to offer.

the photographic dictionary

smoke - eric thompson
All these images are from 'The Photographic Dictionary', which is an initiative by Lindley Warren. For each new picture she receives a word will be chosen (submissions are open!). Here the mission statement as written on their website: "The photographic dictionary is dedicated to defining words through the literal, figurative, and personal meanings found in each photograph."
The letter 's'. The s of snow.
Twirling snow, a recurring image these days.
